Nuevo Baztán celebrates Museum Day with 18th-century music

The Nuevo Baztán Interpretation Centre will mark Museum Day with the concert “Music for Flute and Violin in Enlightenment Spain”, performed by the ensemble Effimera.
The performance will take place on Saturday, 16 May 2026, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Interpretation Centre, located at C/ del Arco, 1. Free admission.
The programme will offer a journey through 18th-century instrumental pieces, featuring works by composers such as Luis Misón, Francisco Manalt, Antonio Soler and José Pla. The performance will be given by Olga Castiblanque Sánchez, Cristina Ortiz Díaz, Blanca Martín Muñoz and Álvaro Mota Medina.
The Town Council invites residents and visitors to enjoy this cultural event, which brings together music, history and heritage in one of the municipality’s most emblematic venues.
