Located on the ground floor of the Goyeneche Palace, it meets visitors’ needs by being an open and dynamic space that offers different options and services:
- Scale models of the complex to help you find your way,
- Digital access point for visitors to search for tourist and cultural resources from both Nuevo Baztán and the surrounding area,
- Rest and waiting area
- Consultation and reading area with books and texts about Nuevo Baztán and the surrounding area
- Exhibition and display of artisan products from Nuevo Baztán

- Wide selection of tourist promotional material for Nuevo Baztán, the surrounding area, the Community of Madrid and the city of Madrid

Opening hours
TOURIST OFFICE OPENING HOURS:
Tuesday to Friday: from 11:00 to 14:00 h. and 16:00 to 18:00 h.
Saturdays: from 11:00 to 14:00 h and from 16:00 to 19:00 h.
Sundays and public holidays: from 11:00 to 14:00 h.
Closed: Monday, 24, 25 and 31 December; 1 and 6 January; and 1 May.
GUIDED TOURS
for individuals and groups
Weekends only
For guided tours for private individuals
(up to 30 people)
- Tours for private individuals take place every Saturday of the year (at 11:30 and 16:30), and on Sundays and public holidays only at 11:30.
- They depart from the Tourist Office with a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 30 people.
- The tour lasts approximately two hours and, during it, you will be able to visit the Interpretation Centre with the audiovisual, the exhibition rooms of the Palace, the Church with the sacristy, the square complex and the historic town centre, all accompanied by a specialised Tourist Guide.
Tuesdays and Fridays only
For guided tours for groups
(from 10 up to 30 people)
- Group tours (associations, primary schools, secondary schools, etc.) are only available from Tuesday to Friday.
