For what purpose are personal data processed?

The Nuevo Baztán Town Council processes the information provided through this website for the following purposes:

• To answer any questions and comments submitted through the contact form.
• Communication with users via messaging applications.
• To carry out the administrative management of website users.

The Nuevo Baztán Town Council will not, under any circumstances, process personal data for purposes other than those indicated above, except for any further processing authorised by the applicable regulations.

Will commercial information be sent?

At no time will the Nuevo Baztán Town Council use the information provided by the user and/or collected through the website to send commercial information. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be permanently deleted.
