Thanks to Nuevo Baztán’s special layout, the land it stands on, and the efforts made by the institutions, visitors can now enjoy its heritage without barriers.
Accessible routes
Nuevo Baztán’s heritage is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. Visitors can access directly from the designated parking spaces, without barriers, and enter all the municipality’s tourist attractions. The flat, low-relief surfaces of the old town, the wide streets, and the abundant outdoor heritage and adapted spaces (interpretation centre, tourist office, exhibition rooms) make its accessible route one of the great strengths of our municipality.
An inclusive experience
Our Tourist Office has been designed with everyone in mind. It has special modules for visitors with cochlear implants, and the staff are trained to offer tours for people with hearing, sensory and intellectual disabilities. We are committed to making your experience in Nuevo Baztán as inclusive as possible.

This accessibility has been validated through an audit carried out by "Impulsa Igualdad", which has enabled it to receive the Tur4All Tourism Accessibility Seal for various elements:
