Art is back on the streets of Nuevo Baztán with the celebration of the 7th Quick Painting Contest of the Foundation Festivities, which will take place on 11 October. This event, already established as one of the most emblematic activities of the festivities, invites artists of all ages and styles to capture the essence of our town in a single day.

The contest follows a quick-painting format, allowing participants to create their works on site during the day. Prizes will be awarded to the top three, as well as an honorary award as a special recognition.

“Bringing this contest back is a way to celebrate creativity, heritage and the talent around us. We invite all artists to be part of this unique experience,” said Mayor Gemma Pacheco.

The activity is part of the festive programme for the weekend of 11–12 October, which also includes the traditional Palace Market, workshops, theatre, shows and proposals for the whole family.
