From 3 to 26 October 2025, the Palace Exhibition Halls of Nuevo Baztán will host a new exhibition by the renowned painter and sculptor Antonio Español.

Born in Villanueva del Duque (Córdoba) and a resident of our town, Antonio Español has developed an artistic career marked by constant evolution. His work has moved from highly defined realism to diffuse and immaterial plastic expressions, consolidating a distinctive, complex and deeply personal language.

Throughout his career, he has been awarded on nine occasions and has held more than 150 exhibitions in Spain, Europe, China and the United States. In this show, the artist presents a selection of transgressive paintings that invite reflection and dialogue with the viewer.
