Photography Exhibition in the Palace Rooms
Photography Exhibition in the Palace Rooms
24 February 2025
This coming Friday, 28 February at 7:00 pm, a new exhibition will be inaugurated in the Rooms of the Juan de Goyeneche Palace. Photographer Quique Marcelo is opening his photography exhibition “Wild, Naturally”. We will be able to enjoy it during the Tourist Office opening hours until 16 March.
Quique Marcelo was born in 1966 and is a self-taught photographer specialising in nature. His passion for wildlife and its environment has led him to travel to many countries in search of the most striking images of the planet’s fauna. His work has been recognised in numerous nature photography competitions, both national and international.
In addition to his photographic work, he has co-founded several environmental associations and is co-author of the book A Close Look (2008), dedicated to the digiscoping technique.
“Wild, naturally” is an exhibition that invites the viewer to discover animal species that, on many occasions, go unnoticed by human eyes. Through the beauty of each image, the exhibition seeks to awaken admiration and encourage greater conservation awareness about wildlife.
