As part of the planned beautification investments, our Town Council is carrying out the first phase of the plan. Works will be developed at the northern access to the town. These include investments in the motorhome area to consolidate the aesthetics of the access zone, and the renovation of the fountain area, which will serve as the start and end point of the Valmores trail route.

The multi-year plan, drawn up by a team of landscape architects selected by the Town Council, aims to improve the aesthetic conditions and landscape integration along the main streets and access roads, as well as around the urban centres.

All the actions included in the plan will be co-financed by the Nuevo Baztán Town Council and the Community of Madrid. Work is already underway on the execution project for the second phase, which includes, among other actions, burying the overhead cabling in the Historic Complex.
