Market or Secret Square
Description
Originally arcaded, today only the stone bases remain where the wooden columns that supported the roofs were placed, providing shelter for travelers and merchants. Also original to this model of urban planning is how it axially centralizes the rest of the squares, as from it you can observe the others, including all the towers of the complex.
In the background stands an imposing building, constructed in several phases, which, depending on researchers and specialists, has been given different uses: from cloth factory to local market, although it seems to have been dedicated to stables, like a barn with an upper storage floor.
A large baroque-style arch with monumental decoration connects the Secret Square with the Festival Square, in addition to serving as a communication function above the arch towards the later constructed buildings.
