Tourism Office
Description
Located on the ground floor of the Goyeneche Palace, it meets the visitor's needs with different services:
- Digital access point for visitors to search for tourist and cultural resources in both Nuevo Baztán and the region
- Rest and waiting area
- Consultation and reading area for books and texts about Nuevo Baztán and the region
- Exhibition and display of artisanal products from Nuevo Baztán
- Tourist materials and informational brochures
The Office is part of the Community of Madrid's Office Network "Mad About Info", and offers programs on Villas of Madrid, Madrid Enotourism, Cicla Madrid, and Green Paths of Madrid.
Currently, they organize guided tours of the historic center on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Additionally, the Tourism Office has modules for visitors with cochlear implants, and the informants are trained to conduct visits with visitors who have audiovisual, sensory, and intellectual disabilities.
