However, this great project did not arise out of nowhere.<\/p>\n<p>In Nuevo Bazt\u00e1n we know the full names of those who were the main figures in shaping this groundbreaking idea: Juan de Goyeneche as the driving force behind the project, with the support of Charles II and Philip V in his mission.<\/p>\n<p>The migration of a Navarrese entrepreneur with revolutionary thinking of French origin. The death of a king without heirs, seeking a solution to the decline of his crown.
